Conditions for returns
• UK free returns via Royal Mail
• You may return any item within 7 days in its original condition and we will full refund the price you paid for the item using the original payment method within 48hrs of receiving the goods. After 7 days will we offer you a golf vogue credit for the full amount.
• It must be in condition it was sent to you: 1. In the original packaging, and has not been worn, washed or damaged. 2. Has not had the original tags removed. Any item that has been checked by our dispatch team and fails to meet our minimum standards we will contact you immediately.
• Due to the fast pace, seasonality and turnaround of our stock if you wish to exchange a garment please return via the returns and simply re-order through www.golfvogue.com
To return or exchange an item by post:
1. Wrap the item(s) securely in the free return packet provided
2. Complete and enclose the returns slip that can be found with the delivery note (it is essential you complete the returns slip correctly, or we may not be able to provide a refund).
Post the item with the returns packet provided at any UK Post Office
3. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

You have recieved the wrong item or has fault?
• In the unlikely event we send you the wrong product please send the product back following the instructions from our returns policy above and enclose a completed returns slip . As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will despatch the correct product, you should receive within 2-3 working days.

• Overseas customers
1. Overseas customers are asked to call the Customer Services team directly before returning any items.
2. For Overseas customers - Exceptions to the above policy:
(a) A refund or exchange will be permitted if a garment is faulty.
(b) All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability.
(c) We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
(d) All items should be unworn, unused and in the original packaging with the tags intact.
(e) You will have to pay for all shipping and re-shipping costs
For your protection Golf Vogue recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
