Delivery Information
£4.95 for standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses (3-5 days)
£8.95 for standard delivery to Highlands & Islands (3-5 days)
Next working day delivery is available for Mainland UK addresses at £8.95, orders must be placed before 1pm for them to be dispatched the same day. Please note that we are closed on Mondays so any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Tuesday.
Orders over £75 to mainland UK addresses automatically receive free delivery (exclusions apply*).
* The following items are excluded from the over £75 free delivery offer:
· Guns or any components of a firearm can be sent via Parcelforce on an overnight secure service to another RFD for a fee of £30.
· Gun cabinets will be sent direct from the supplier and have a surcharge of £30 due to their size and weight.
Returns Information
You may return your goods within 28 days of receipt of your order. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. After 28 days we do not accept returns for unwanted items. If you attempt to make a return after this period we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask that you cover the costs of delivery.
Goods must be packaged securely to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. Return postage is to be paid by you and we recommend you obtain proof of posting. The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until the goods have been received by our store.
All returns must include your order reference number and any applicable contact information enclosed with the goods. Failure to include this may result in a delay in processing your return and refund.
You will receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 days from the day you return your item.
We reserve the right to not offer any refund or exchange of a product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
